Susan is one of our vacation travel experts. 

She  began her travel career as a TWA ticket agent at JFK and has over 25 years experience working with the airlines, travel agencies and hotel industry. 

Susan took a decade-long break from the industry to raise three children and to travel around the US (MO, PA, TX, NJ, CT, MD, VA, NY), due to her husband’s job. She returned to the travel industry as a travel counselor for several small agencies before becoming manager of a large agency's (SATO) leisure office, booking tour packages and cruises for both US military and Department of Defense employees. Susan and her family moved to Sterling, VA in 1995 where she worked as a supervisor in SATO's call center servicing a large corporate account. Susan, for a short period, was manager of a large hotel located near her residence.

Susan has traveled extensively throughout Europe and the Caribbean, both by air and by sea. An avid traveler, Susan's goal is to next tour the South Pacific, Australia and New Zealand.
