Our preferred hotel relationships are mostly accomplished through the consortium for which we are affiliated with. These consortiums negotiated preferred rates are at more than 160,000 hotels worldwide, and includes all the major hotel chains. We have the capability to convert our reservation system to Government Sabre. Government Sabre lists all city per diems and we are able to secure government rates at most hotel properties.
We have special rates with Hertz, Budget and Alamo including rental privileges for travelers that are under the age of 25. We can assist you in the negotiation of rental car contracts and receive reduced rates, as well as value-added services in return for meeting minimum volume requirements.
